Capabilities
High-precision turned and milled components in aluminium, brass and engineering plastics, plus machining of aluminium and brass castings.
Technology 01
Complete machining of rotational parts from bar stock on CNC automatic and Swiss-type lathes.
How we work
Follow the production of an M20×1.5 threaded brass bushing from raw bar to finished, inspected part. The simulation is driven by a real CNC program – just like on our machines.

Drag to rotate
Technology 02
Milling, drilling and threading of prismatic parts on vertical machining centres with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Mitsubishi controls.
Technology 03
Finish machining of aluminium and brass castings in series.
Technology 04
Metalworking on conventional machines; custom, small but geometrically complex parts.
Service 05
Medium and large series production in 3 shifts. We cover the entire process for our partners, from raw material sourcing to delivery of the finished product.
Technical capabilities
Typical machining envelopes based on our machine park. For parts close to the limits, ask for an individual quotation.
